SIKA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an R&D Chemist to apply technical expertise to develop new or improved products that meet market needs and support sales with high-quality, timely product introductions. The role also provides technical support to Quality Control, Production, and Sales teams for existing products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize formulations, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards while contributing

Responsabilidades

• Deliver monthly progress reports on product development projects to ensure timely updates and alignment with business goals
• Maintain and update BOM records accurately within the ERP system to reflect product changes
• Coordinate with intercompany R&D and technical teams to develop and improve intercompany products
• Assess alternative raw materials for product formulations to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness
• Evaluate product performance through laboratory testing and generate detailed test reports
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audit processes by providing required documentation and technical input
