Job summary

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) at the National University of Singapore seeks a dedicated coordinator to manage onboarding, orientation, alumni relations, wellbeing initiatives and internal communications for staff, students, interns and visitors.

You will join a dynamic, multi-national team at Kent Ridge Campus, contributing to a friendly and international work environment and supporting across nodes and events.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to engage people at all seniority levels and nationalities.
• Excellent English language skills in written and verbal communication.
• Systematic and self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new staff, students, interns, and visitors; assist onboarding to the university.
• Coordinate orientation and community engagement for all nodes.
• Design and implement internal communications: all-staff emails, webpages, newsletters, townhalls.
• Support well-being committee and plan social events for Centre members and nodes.
• Leads Alumni engagement and assists in administrative/logistical support for visitors and interns.
