Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant research experience in quantum algorithms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Programming proficiency with a strong Github portfolio.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide theoretical modelling of proof of principle protocols in experiments using cold atoms as part of Singapore’s National Quantum Strategy.
• Propose new quantum protocols and build experimental capacity for realizing them.
• Provide extensive analysis and data visualization guiding experimental realization.
• Bridge between theory and experiments; support experimentalists with theoretical physics insight.
