GLOBALWIDE M & E PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least two years of relevant experience.

The role focuses on tendering, cost control, and contract administration. You will prepare Bills of Quantities, source subcontractors and suppliers, and assist the project team with variation works and progress claims. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, communicates well across levels, and works effectively in a team environment to support project budgets and

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to take instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Take off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submissions.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluate price comparisons and costing summaries.
• Analyze project specs to recommend cost-saving measures.
• Assist Project Team with Variation Works, Progress Claims and Cost Control.
• Monitor and track project costs per plan and budget.
• Measure and determine work done at stages for progress and claims by subs.
• Assist in settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subs.
• Carry out contract administration duties.
