Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (RC Work) to support tender submissions and contract administration for local construction projects. A professional diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Building, with 1–2 years in rebar, concrete, and formwork subcontractor environments, and knowledge of Singapore regulations are preferred.

• Assist in tender submission, follow up and carry out tender presentations for Construction & Building Works
• Pre and post-tender clarifications
• Oversee and review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and drawings
• Progress monthly payments, claims and final account settlement
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience inRebar, Concrete, Formwork project(Sub-contractor) is required for this position. However, a candidate with greater work experience is also welcomed to apply.
• Familiar with Singapore construction industry, regulation and practices
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
