Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a quantity surveying professional to support cost control on projects. You will prepare Bills of Quantities, obtain quotations, and prepare sub-contract/purchasing documents for review and approval.

The role involves cost management of projects, assisting the supervisor with EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims, and preparing final accounts and progress payment certificates for sub-contractors. Occasional meetings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities
• Obtain quotations and evaluate quotations
• Prepare sub-contract/purchasing documents for review and approval
• Cost management of projects
• Assist supervisor in preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims
• Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work
• Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors
• Attend meetings as required
• Other duties as assigned
