Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role to manage project costs on building and ventilation projects across major commercial developments. Location: Bukit Batok.

You will establish and maintain cost analysis files, review requisitions against budgets, support procurement, review claims, monitor cost/status reports, and lead monthly forecast meetings. The role offers a stable full-time position with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cost analysis files for awarded projects
• Review purchase requisitions against approved project budgets and highlight discrepancies
• Support Project Managers on procurement and subcontracting matters
• Review progress claims, variation claims and subcontractor claims
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims
• Monitor project costing and provide timely project cost/status reports
• Lead monthly Project Sales Forecast meetings and maintain forecast records
• Monitor retention receivables and payables and follow up when due
• Participate in project and operational reviews with management
• Work closely with different departments to ensure consistency in QS policies and procedures
• Support and drive ERP system implementation and process improvements

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $5,500
