Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage tender, quotation, and pre-contract documentation to support project initiation.
• Develop, update, and monitor project budgets including committed costs, actual costs, forecast costs, cost-to-complete, and project margins to ensure financial control.
• Administer contracts and manage contract variations to maintain compliance and project scope integrity.
• Track and follow up on progress claims, variation orders, omissions, final accounts, and subcontractor claim assessments to ensure accurate payment certification.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve project issues promptly.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform cost comparisons, budget tracking, claim summaries, variation registers, and management reporting for informed decision-making.
