Hong Xing Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and contract preparation for metal, aluminum, and glazing projects. You will source vendors, estimate costs, and manage progress and variation claims with site teams.

Responsibilities cover tender documents, supplier selection, cost take-offs, and timely claims, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the metal/aluminum construction industry.
• Experience in metal/aluminum windows, doors, and glazing works.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to perform project quantity surveying functions independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork skills with responsibility and attention to detail.
• Availability to work 5.5 days per week.

Mansioni

• Prepare project tender documents and contracts to support bidding processes.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and favorable terms.
• Perform cost estimation and quantity take-offs for metal, aluminum, and glazing works during tender and construction phases.
• Verify claims and prepare monthly progress and variation claims accurately and timely.
• Liaise effectively with vendors, site personnel, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve project matters.
• Manage project documentation and communication to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adapt to additional duties assigned by immediate supervisor with flexibility and accountability.
