Job summary

Goodrich Global Pte Ltd invites a motivated student to join our Quantity Surveying team as an intern in Singapore. You will support contract review, learn measurement methods, assist with cost control, procurement documentation, and document management under supervision while gaining practical industry exposure.

You will read and interpret building drawings, apply AutoCAD basics to quantify materials, assist in preparing bills of quantities, and contribute to on-site project coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant course in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction or a related field.
• Able to read building drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and support project-related activities.
• Legally eligible to undertake an internship in Singapore for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Mainly Quantity Surveying work in focus.
• Go through and understand building project contracts.
• Able to read and understand building drawings.
• Use AutoCad or equivalent software to go through drawings and do measurement or dimensioning in order compute quantity of materials required.
• Do proper documentation of project documents and drawings.
