Job summary

PIKASA CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for a diligent Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to support cost control and commercial activities on a range of projects.

You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities, assist in tender documentation, and help with budgeting and contracts documentation. The role requires strong numerical ability, proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, and good negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Construction estimating experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for quantity take-off.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Take-offs and Bills of Quantities for projects.
• Assist in tender documents and procurement.
• Support cost submissions, budgeting, and contracts docs.
• Liaise with departments for cost information.
• Assist in preparing supplier and subcontractor payment requests.
• Attend site meetings and perform ad hoc duties.
