Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor for its central Singapore location. The role offers a permanent position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a basic salary up to SGD 4,000 plus a performance bonus.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction. You will manage costing, tendering, procurement, and contract administration while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fitout or construction.
• Knowledge of costing, tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using quantity surveying, estimating, or project costing software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, quotations, tender documents, and project budgets.
• Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing and monitor project costs against budgets.
• Prepare variation orders, cost reports, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors on project requirements.
• Follow up on quotations and support sales conversion.
• Handle client enquiries and after-sales matters.
• Maintain quotation and sales performance reports.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned.
