Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Kaki Bukit, Singapore. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail fit‑out construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders.
• Carry out quantity take-offs for project tenders.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims weekly.
• Assist managers/seniors with documentation and paperwork.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
