Job summary

CHU CHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore with 2 years of relevant experience to support cost planning, measurement, tendering, and value engineering on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience in construction related industry.
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Capable of accurately interpreting construction drawings and mastering methods for engineering measurement and valuation.
• Familiar with the properties and market prices of construction materials; competent in preparing project budgets, tender base prices, bid quotations, and final project settlements.
• Proficient in practical skills related to construction contract management, claims handling, and dispute assessment.
