Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Woodlands. You will handle tender submissions, cost estimates, and project accounting, ensuring accurate bills of quantities and timely variation orders.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary works, proficiency with Cubicost TME and AutoCAD, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• ≥5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in plumbing & sanitary works.
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tender submissions, including bills of quantities, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Review tender drawings and material specifications to determine project requirements.
• Assist in preparing and submitting plumbing and sanitary plans, shop drawings, and other required documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and variation orders (VOs), and assist in finalising project accounts.
• Liaise with project managers, team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on project and commercial matters.
• Support purchasing activities and inventory management.
• Perform administrative duties to support smooth daily operations.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
