Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for its interior fit-out projects at Toa Payoh.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, A&A, or related project works, and familiarity with full interior fit-out works. You will prepare tender bids, perform take-offs, and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely submissions. • Carry out quantity take-offs and request quotations from suppliers.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval before tender submission.
• Prepare notifications for extension of time when there are potential project delays.
• Review and understand project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Handle pre-tender and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
• Handle project administration and documentation, including subcontract preparation and Variation Orders.
• Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role
