BOSH ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Administrator to identify variation orders (VO) for subcontract packages, support measurement and pricing on Mechanical/Electrical VO claims, and process monthly progress and final claims.

You will liaise with consultants, main contractors and suppliers, maintain documentation, perform take-offs and cost estimation, and ensure orderly records for project administration.

Responsibilities

To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packages
To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the Mechanical / Electrical contract's VO claim
To process monthly progress claim and final claim
To attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project
To take off measurement: re-measurement for sub-contract
To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical / Electrical services
To liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
To liaise with suppliers for quotations
To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
