Job summary

ACE INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution in Singapore.

You will lead the project team, manage budget and safety, review key documents, and ensure timely delivery with quality results. You will conduct risk assessments, manage HSE compliance, and prepare weekly progress reports while coordinating installations and repairs of pumps, panels, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects
• Ability to review drawings, BOQ, method statements and safety documents
• Proven track record in maintaining project documentation and records

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day project execution within budget and safety requirements
• Lead project team including QS and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Review drawings, BOQ, method statements and safety docs; maintain records
• Establish project execution plan with Operations Director
• Conduct risk management and oversee HSE checks and incidents
• Submit weekly progress reports and update site work
• Handle installation/replacement/repair of pumps, control panels, plumbing and sanitary works
• Share knowledge to improve project performance
• Assist management with other duties as required

Job description

• Plan and responsible for day-to-day success of project execution and management of the construction process within budget, meet contractual and safety requirements.
• Lead the project team, ie Quantity Surveyor, sub-contractor,etc to ensure timely delivery of project within budget, quality including defining clear roles and responsibilities.
• Review all needful documents like drawing, BOQ, method statement, safety documents etc including maintaining documentation and records
• Establishes project execution plan in conjunction with the Operations Director
• Conduct all risk management and oversee all HSE checks, reports and incidents
• Submit weekly progress report, update any site work etc
• Installation/ replacement/ repair works of pumps, control panels, plumbing and sanitary works.
• Be proactive, share technical knowledge and experience with team for improvement.

Assist Management with a range of other dutiesas may be required from time to time
