Job summary

Armada Aluminium Renovation Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to manage tendering, budgeting and cost control for construction projects in Singapore.

The role involves forecasting material costs, coordinating contractors, measuring completed work on site, and liaising with clients and project teams to ensure projects stay on track. Responsibilities include selecting materials, tracking design changes, and implementing a robust risk management plan to safeguard project

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation
• Price/ forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Track changes to design and/ or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Procure or arrange the services of contractors and/ or subcontractors who work on the construction project
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
• Select and/ or source construction materials
• Develop a risk management implementation plan

Job description
