Job summary

UTOC INDUSTRIAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a proficient Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, cost control, and contract analysis across multiple sites. You will liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate activities and ensure timely progress.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying, is familiar with AutoCAD, and can multi-task under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, supporting technical understanding and professional practice
• Good technical knowledge relevant to quantity surveying tasks
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare quantity requirements to support accurate project costing
• Analyze maintenance and material costs and scrutinize contracts to secure optimal deals

• Prepare comprehensive reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments to inform decision-making
