Job summary

ORANGE GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support procurement, budgeting, estimation and contract administration.

The role involves measuring quantities, processing variation orders, and preparing tender documents and BOQs, with the need to assemble photos and inspection forms for VO attachments. Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering or quantity surveying degree, have 3–4 years of QS experience (5+ for Senior QS), and are fluent in English and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• 3–4 years of relevant QS experience; 5+ years for Senior QS.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project QS functions and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities and variation orders.
• Compile photos, inspection forms and documents required for VOs attachment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• 3 ~ 4 years of relevant working experience (QS) ; Minimum 5 years & above (for Senior QS)
• Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable
