JULIAN GREY CORPORATE ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage end-to-end tendering, cost estimation, and supplier liaison for building projects in Singapore. The role involves preparing proposals and ensuring timely submissions.

You will source quotations, negotiate pricing, and draft letters of award and sub-contract agreements, while tracking progress claims and final accounts upon completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Singapore building construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and quantity measurement software.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and timely proposal submissions.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors according to project technical specifications.
• Conduct tender interviews, negotiate pricing, and draft letters of award and sub-contract agreements.
• Monitor progress claims, process payment certifications, and evaluate variation orders (VOs).
• Manage final account settlements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers upon project completion.
