LEXICON BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity takeoff, costing and estimation for diverse projects in Singapore.

You will be involved in tender preparation, post award contract administration and overall cost control to ensure project profitability. The role requires 5 years QS experience and a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with preference for Singaporean or PR candidates.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Construction Management required.
• Minimum 5 years of QS experience preferred in Singapore.
• Singaporean or PR status preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform quantity takeoff, costing and estimation for projects.
• Prepare tenders and participate in tender submissions.
• Manage post award contract administration and cost control.
• Prepare technical details and costing for tender submissions.
• Take overall responsibility for payment claims and sub-contractor payments.
• Track variations to contracts, VO comparisons, and overall project cost control.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role

• In charge of quantity takeoff, costing & estimation
• Involved in tender preparation and participation
• Post award contract administration and cost control
• Preparation of technical details & costing for tender submission
• Overall responsible for putting up payment claims, preparing and verifying payment to sub-contractors, ensuring all variations to contract are captured, tracking VOs, seeking and comparing quoations from sub-contractors, controlling project cost and general contract administration
• Other adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
