FK HUMAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a cost-focused professional in Singapore to handle quotations, costing, tender preparation and cost control for project teams. The role involves coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, clients and suppliers to ensure accurate cost summaries and robust budget management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in quantity take-off, contract administration and progress claims, with strong MS Office skills and the

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Quantity take-off, Cost Control, Progress Claim, Contract Administration, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with flexibility to work extended hours when required.
