CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities for EPC projects from pre-contract to close-out. You will prepare cost estimates, budgets, tender documents, BOQ and subcontract packages, and oversee subcontractor tendering, evaluation and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineer, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Have at least 3 years of related working experience with a Main Contractor or QS Consultancy.
• Good knowledge of cost control, subcontract administration, progress claims, variation orders, claims and final accounts.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, Oil & Gas, building or EPC projects will be an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project, engineering, procurement and construction teams.

• Review subcontractor/supplier claims and ensure payments are in accordance with contractual terms and actual work progress.
• Liaise with Client, Consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Support project close-out, including settlement of variations, claims and final accounts.
