Job summary

H P CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a competent professional to support the Contracts Manager on project contracts and administration. You will handle tender submissions, monthly progress claims, and documentation for sub-contractors.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying and possess strong cost analysis, budgeting, and liaison skills with suppliers to ensure accurate tender pricing and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying.

• Assist the Contracts Manager in closely monitoring contractual issues for the project.
• Attend to all relevant contract administration and documentation for projects.
• Prepare tender submission and post tender measurement, handle monthly progress claim
• Prepare, compile and issue sub-contractors’ documents
• Cost analysis and estimation or budget cost for projects
• Liaise with suppliers for quotations
• Able to analyse tender pricing and to prepare building work tender
