Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and infrastructure quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in Blue Beam and Microsoft Office for project documentation.
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills to assess contract and project details.
• Proficient English communication, both spoken and written.
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents to interpret and confirm clients' needs.
• Verify in-house capabilities and resolve discrepancies related to contract execution.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Evaluate and recommend subcontractors and suppliers for tender awards.
• Draft and prepare contract documents for subcontractors with clear terms.
• Process subcontractors' payment applications and certify payments.
• Assist Project Manager by preparing progress reports and site material requisition documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support company operations.

Job Summary
