Job summary

Jangho Curtain Wall Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our project teams in Singapore.

You will oversee project costs, manage contracts, subcontracts and final accounts, and coordinate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, bilingual English/Chinese, and a 5.5-day week with alternate Saturdays (WFH possible on alternate Saturdays).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of related work experience.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; must liaise with Chinese speaker.
• Willing to work 5.5 days with alternate Saturdays (WFH on alternate Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project costs and submit progress and variation claims to track milestones and scope changes.
• Select contractors and suppliers, assess payment claims to ensure compliance with terms.
• Review contracts and prepare final accounts; manage sub-contracts and related correspondence.
• Prepare claims for time extensions, cost adjustments, and delays with proper documentation.
• Use OA and SAP for progress tracking; attend meetings and provide updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Cost Management & Claims:Oversee project costs and submit progress and variation claims to track milestones and scope changes.

• Procurement & Subcontractor Management:Select contractors and suppliers, and assess payment claims from subcontractors to ensure compliance with project terms.

• Contract & Final Account Management:Review contracts for any issues, prepare final accounts, and manage sub-contracts and related correspondence.

• Claims & Delays Assistance:Work with the supervisor to prepare claims for time extensions, cost adjustments, and delays, ensuring proper documentation.

• Reporting & Meetings:Use internal systems like OA and SAP for progress tracking and attend meetings to provide updates and support as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

2. At least 4-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.

4. Willing to work 5.5days with alt Saturday (allow to apply WFH for Alt Saturday).

Salary Package:
