Job summary

BEAUWOOD PLASTER DESIGN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

The role involves cost estimation, tender evaluation, quantity take-off, and progress claims management for diverse construction projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, prepare variations, and ensure accurate cost implications. The candidate should be capable of independent work and team collaboration, with willingness to work late to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work late when required to meet tender deadlines.

• Managed and prepared cost estimates for construction projects.
• Evaluated tenders and quotations.
• Measured and took off quantities for project tendering.
• Prepared and monitored progress claims and subcontractor payments.
• Prepared and submitted variation and cost claims, contracts documentation.
• Coordinated correspondence among consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identified variation orders and provided accurate cost implications.
• Interpreted and prepared technical drawings for submission.
• Prepared reports and materials to meet project requirements.
• Provided support and advice during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages.
• Conducted site visits as required.
• Performed other QS-related tasks as assigned.
• Undertook additional roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Company or Director
