Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities, assessing progress payments from subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing progress claims and variation orders. • The final appointment and seniority level will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience and overall suitability.
• Able to work independently and manage deliverables within tight deadlines.
