Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Training and Onboarding Lead for our manufacturing client. You will plan onboarding, coordinate technical training, and drive continuous learning across the workforce, ensuring all staff stay up-to-date with the latest practices.

You will ensure competencies meet stringent manufacturing and regulatory quality standards, and you will coach and assess the team to foster efficiency and expertise in medtech plastics injection molding.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or related technical discipline.
• Min 5 years of work experience in medtech/plastics injection molding.
• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Can commence immediately or on short notice.
