Job summary

WELEAD SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to assist in sample analysis of returned products, identify root causes of field failures, and communicate findings to customers. The role supports quality engineers in new product launches and ongoing manufacturing line maintenance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational quality issues, monitor SPC trends, and contribute to CAPA through 8D reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SMT/PCBA assembly and bulk capacitor manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample analysis of returned products to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction.
• Coordinate technical analysis with cross-functional teams and communicate results to customers.
• Support Quality Engineers in new product launches and sustaining manufacturing lines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues, trace SPC trends.
