• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS development, implementation, and maintenance per ISO standards.
• Monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement targets.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits by clients or bodies.
• Oversee inspections and testing across manufacturing stages.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality reports, audit findings, and certifications.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production on new product development.
• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team and promote quality culture.
