A Quality Engineer (QMS) role in Singapore requires a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Material science with 3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will oversee QMS implementation including FMEA, control plans, change control, documentation and audits.

Strong knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC is essential. You will maintain quality manuals and lead audits, coordinating with worldwide sites for technology transfer and supporting supplier quality management.

Qualifikationen

• QMS knowledge and hands-on experience with quality systems.
• Experience with FMEA, control plans, PPAP/APQP.
• Strong audit and corrective action experience.
• Familiarity with customer quality requirements and supplier quality management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the implementation of QMS including FMEA, control plan, change control, documentation & audits.
• Maintain Quality Manuals, Procedures to ensure contents are aligned to requirements.
• Lead QMS audits, work with departments to support post-audit/follow-up corrective action.
• Review customer quality systems such as quality agreements, specifications and audit checklists.
• Review and reply to customers on product content environmental related enquiries.
• Coordinate technology transfer with worldwide sites, conduct trial production.
• Support supplier quality management via meetings, continuous improvement activities & on-site audits.
• Support quality-driven projects or any duties assigned by superior.
