Job summary

Soitec in Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage Non-Quality Events (NQE) and monitor Quality Gates. You will review NQE contents, execute containment actions, and prepare MRB materials to support daily Yield Department reviews.

You will also perform data analysis with JMP and Klarity, prepare quality reports and KPIs, and support engineers with ad hoc tasks. The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing and knowledge of quality tools, with a meticulous, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

Diploma – Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Higher NITEC – Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
NITEC – Minimum 6 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor and record NQEs from the production line.
Review, analyse and validate NQE contents.
Execute immediate containment actions for NQE (e.g., hold lot in MES).
Prepare MRB-related information packages (event chronology, investigation results).
Track and report Quality Engineering activities (NQEs, MRBs).
Monitor QGs results from the production line.
Perform lab analysis on QG failed parts (e.g., SEM/EDX).
Participate in defect analysis and risk assessment task forces.
