Job summary

A quality assurance company based in Singapore is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to perform testing on raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with specifications and supporting quality audits, with a focus on HSE and cGMP practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience strongly preferred.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SS651, cGMP, and microbial control practices is advantageous.

  • Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses; maintain lab equipment.

Job Description:
  • Conduct quality control testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses; maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
  • Document test results accurately and ensure full traceability.
  • Report non-conformities and support investigations, CAPA activities, and customer complaint resolution.
  • Carry out plant environmental monitoring.
  • Assess risks and make decisions on material disposition based on test outcomes.
  • Communicate promptly with stakeholders to avoid delays.
  • Support quality audits and apply cGMP practices in all tasks.
  • Follow HSE requirements, manage hazardous materials safely, and uphold 5S housekeeping standards.
  • Provide training, supervision, or support for continuous improvement projects as assigned.
  • Participate in cross-training for operational flexibility and business continuity.
  • Join CERT if required and contribute to site safety initiatives (e.g., BBS, PTW, LOTOTO, inspections, drills).
  • Ensure test results are timely, accurate, and precise to support safe and efficient plant operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred for Diploma, NITEC, or Higher NITEC holders; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Hands‑on laboratory experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Gas Chromatography is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with data systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing); able to interact with all levels including management and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to assist colleagues.
  • Able to work in a flexible and dynamic environment.
