Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform product inspections and QA activities, ensuring products meet established quality standards. You will identify defects, maintain inspection records, support root cause investigations, and ensure safety and housekeeping in the workplace.

The role offers a permanent position in Tampines with 12-hour rotating shifts (Mon-Sat, four days per week) and a Sunday off.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or QA.
• Technical or vocational qualification or above.
• Familiarity with inspection processes and measurement techniques.
• Proficient with torque screwdrivers and meters.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements and specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks and testing using inspection tools and equipment.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming products or quality issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in investigating product defects and support corrective and preventive action activities.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
• Operate inspection equipment such as torque screwdrivers, multimeters, and other measurement tools as required.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S and housekeeping practices.
• Work rotating shifts as required to support operational needs.
