Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Quality Inspector (QA/QC) to ensure product quality through visual and functional inspections in a fast-paced manufacturing setting at the Tampines site.

The role involves recording inspection results, reporting defects, and supporting continuous improvement. Training lasts 3 months with first 3 months 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, after which rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and the option of a 4-day week apply.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or QA/QC.
• Proficient with measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks per standards.
• Record and report defects and non-conformities.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to raise quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
