Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the production team at our East Singapore facility. The role focuses on performing quality inspections across the production process to ensure products meet stringent standards.

You will report defects, maintain inspection records, and assist with basic troubleshooting and reporting. Proficiency with torque screwdrivers, multimeters, and MS Word/Excel is preferred, with willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process
• Identify and report defects or quality issues
• Support basic troubleshooting, failure analysis and reporting
• Ensure inspection records and documentation are accurately maintained
• Use tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters
• Follow quality procedures, SOPs and safety guidelines
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and a safe work environment
• Assist with other quality-related duties as required
