Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore’s West region is seeking a QA/QC professional to ensure that all procedures and work instructions are strictly followed, and that every product meets customer specifications and the highest quality standards.

You will implement and maintain ISO 9001:2000 and Food Safety Management Systems, perform internal quality audits and management reviews, address non-conformities, investigate root causes, and assist in R&D and testing of new materials.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and high quality standards.
• Take actions to prevent quality-related non-conformities.
• Investigate and address causes of non-conforming products.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues related to products and processes.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2000 QMS and Food Safety Management System.
• Conduct internal quality audits and management reviews.
• Assist in R&D of new products and testing of new materials.

• Ensure all products manufactured by the organization meet customer specifications and achieve high standards of quality and reliability.
• Ensure adequate actions are taken to prevent any quality-related non-conformities.
• Ensure all causes of non-conforming products are thoroughly investigated and addressed with appropriate actions.
• Ensure any issues related to products, processes, and quality are properly identified and documented.
• Ensure the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000) and Food Safety Management System are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Ensure internal quality audits and management reviews are conducted as required.

• Assist in the research and development of new products and the testing of new materials.
