Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and quality control at cell and plant levels.
• Implement and sustain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Lead plant-level quality improvement projects and BIQ initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analyses and coach staff on QA methodologies.
• Manage audits, NCRs, and containment actions with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the Quality Manager.
