Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced software test engineer to design, develop, and execute robust test scenarios for SIT and UAT, and to build and enhance test scripts aligned with project requirements and best practices.

Join a fast-paced agile team where you collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, contribute to test strategy, and ensure automation coverage and continuous improvement of test assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability in client and stakeholder management.
• Experience gathering requirements, analysis, and user stories.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute robust l test scenarios for SIT and UAT.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories

Perform requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approach

Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.

Exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Proven ability in client and stakeholder management

Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
