Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA professional to manage quality activities for internal supply chain and external customers. You will lead plans with suppliers and internal teams to drive product and process improvements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires a diploma in engineering with experience in manufacturing and supplier management, and you will handle data analysis, QA gates for material releases, and NCR/NCMR processes.

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering related discipline (Quality, Chemical, Manufacturing).
Experience in Manufacturing/Supplier management is preferred.
Working Days and hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Location: Tuas Ave - lakeside MRT pick up.
Salary: SGD 2,500 – S$ 4,200.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis, trend reviews, and quality investigations.

Responsibilities

Manage QA activities to support internal and external stakeholders.
Drive customer quality communication and satisfaction.
Respond to customer issues regarding product quality and quality systems.
Quality assurance gate for material release and non-conformance management.
Participate in block/stock meetings and provide disposition on NCMR.
