Job summary

Exentec Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality performance and continuous improvement across Southeast Asia operations. You will report to the Global Quality Manager and lead CAPA, investigations, and data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on, energetic professionals who can translate data into actionable improvements and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and customers regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in TgCM, Quality, Operations, Facilities Management, Semiconductor, Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Critical Environment industries.
• Experience leading root cause investigations and CAPA closure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes and standards across Facility Services operations.
• Assist in monitoring quality performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and support functions to identify risks and improve ways of working.
• Participate in investigations and problem-solving activities to resolve operational and customer concerns.
