Job summary

Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee inspection processes, maintain QMS compliance, and drive corrective actions in an oil & gas equipment manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3+ years of quality experience, proficiency in ISO 9001 and API Q1, and the ability to coordinate internal and third-party inspections. Day-time, permanent role based in Tuas, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of quality experience in an oil & gas equipment manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1 quality management systems, quality control and measuring tools.
• Experience with internal audits, CAPA and third-party inspection coordination.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inspection processes follow work instructions, quality plans, drawings and QMS requirements.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints and internal quality issues; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyse quality performance data and implement continual improvement.
• Conduct internal audits for QMS and customer compliance.
• Arrange and update customers' third-party inspectors on ongoing and pre-delivery inspections.
• Review and sign off material certificates, certificates of conformance and test reports.
• Manage inspection and calibration of measuring devices and maintain the calibration log.
• Train and develop quality inspectors.
