Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC professional for a role in offshore drilling equipment manufacturing, based in Tuas. The candidate will develop inspection methods, conduct testing, and support continuous quality improvement.

The position requires at least 3 years in QA/QC within oil and gas, a Mechanical Engineering degree, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3+ years QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
• Experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure product accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Design and improve inspection and testing processes, procedures, and equipment to enhance product quality.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis to monitor quality performance and identify potential risks.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure corrective actions and deviations are properly addressed and meet required reliability standards.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
