Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. seeks a quality inspector for plastic injection molding to perform FAI, Cp/Cpk studies, and validation of engineering samples, ensuring drawings and customer specs are met.

You will develop measurement methods, validate tooling changes, and maintain inspection records in line with ISO quality procedures, collaborating with Engineering and Production to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a quality inspection role, preferably in plastics injection molding.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with inspection equipment such as CMM, SmartScope, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) on molded parts to ensure conformance to drawings and specs.
• Perform Cp/Cpk studies and dimensional measurements to assess process capability.
• Verify engineering sample submissions for molding validation and complete required inspections and docs.
