Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead a team of QA Inspectors in Woodlands, Singapore. You will support First Article Inspections, CAPA, MSA/Gauge R&R, GD&T interpretation, and SPC analysis for plastic injection molding parts.

You will drive quality improvements, manage audits with customers and suppliers, and prepare reports for management. A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 2–5 years in plastics/QC is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Precision Engineering with 2–5 years experience.
• Experience in plastic injection molding and CMM/Vision Systems preferred.
• Engineering drawings and GD&T knowledge required.
• Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, Gauge R&R is a plus.
• Experience with FAI/PPAP/PFMEA/Control Plan is desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 is expected.

Responsibilities

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor quality trends, scrap, rework and identify improvements.
• Support customer, supplier, internal and external quality audits.
• Prepare quality reports, analysis, and presentations for management and customers.

Working hours – 8.30am to 5.30pm/5days

Experience MUST -Plastic Injection molding /CMM

Knowledge -ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in plastic injection molding , CMM / Vision Management Systems is preferred.

• Engineering drawings and GD&T.

• Knowledge of Data Tool - SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, and Gauge R&R with be good

• Experience with FAI / PPAP / PFMEA / Control Plan

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485
