Job summary

PLANODRIVES PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Quality professional to oversee the quality program for project delivery in Singapore. You will develop project quality plans to meet customer requirements and ensure integration with the overall QMS.

You will generate audit plans, conduct internal audits, review contractor ITP/PQP/quality procedures, raise NCRs, and follow through to close-out. You will coordinate with the client walkdown team and manage turnover documents and test packs.

Job description

• Responsible for the overall administration of the Quality Program to ensures adherence to the procedures of Quality management system
• Develop Project Quality Plan to cover all customer requirements to a level of detail necessary to assure integration within the Project Quality Plan.
• Generates audit plan and conducts internal audits on project team and surveillance audit on contractors and make sure it meets the project quality KPI’s
• Ensure that all audit findings on non-conformance findings/reports and punch lists are properly addressed and closed.
• Raise quality observations and non-conformance as seen during inspection and follow up on the status of rework and close-out of NCR
• Participates in Tender clarification meetings and package Kick off Meetings
• Monitors status of contractor’s submission of quality documents and review and approval of Contractor’s ITP, PQP and quality procedures.
• Conducts QA/QC weekly meeting with the contractors
• Implements and controls testing by means of test packs tracking and witness testing and review of construction reports/testpacks submitted by contractors
• Coordinates with client walkdown team to ensure system walkdown activities are executed on schedule.
• Review and verify red-line mark-up / As-built drawings from contractor and submit to authorities for approval.
• Manage system markup’s, system list and turnover documents, which includes test packs and dossiers of each individual systems
