Job summary

FONG LEE METAL INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist in Singapore to manage quality documents, validate specifications, and compile COCs. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure complete documentation and on-time delivery.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and experience handling web portals and MRB-related tasks within a production environment. On-site work arrangement in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to interpret customer specifications.
• Able to review inspection records and compile MRB.
• Able to review Mill Certificate.
• Able to handle Customer Web portal.
• Able to handle Company ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
• 5 working days week.

Responsibilities

• Review order quality documents.
• Issue Certificate of Conformance (COC).
• Compile delivery document as per order requirement.
• Submission of quality document package to customer.
• Maintain order quality records.
• Carry out other documentations, coordination and other activities as assigned by superior.
